At LELEBROTHER, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.

Faulty Products: Your statutory rights apply if you receive a faulty product. During the warranty period, defective products may be returned for a refund or replacement (as applicable).

Partial Refunds

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping Returns
- To return a product, please send it to the address provided after initiating your return request.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellations

- While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations or changes may not be possible for orders that are already processed or awaiting dispatch.
